REAMS was appointed by the FM provider to support the mobilisation of their contract award from HM Government covering the Department for Work and Pensions in the UK (DWP). This project comprised of surveying more than 1,143 sites to determine the location, condition and volume of M&E assets installed across the network.
The resulting data was formulated into individual site reports and provided to the facilities management provider, the DWP and their integrator for upload directly into the project CAFM platform.
The DWP is the largest government department in the UK. It is responsible for welfare and pension policy and has four operational organisations across the UK.
