We work with some of the largest organisations, in both the public and private sector, to develop a strategic approach to asset management in the built environment.
The industry is seeing an unprecedented amount of change, from generic standards such as ISO55000 to the more specific BS8544 documentation and elements of BIM models. The traction driven by these changes means organisations are forced to understand the new environment, review their practices and adjust their operating model accordingly.
Whether this be to develop key unique selling points to drive their business forward through a framework of definitive processes and procedures, or to set the internal asset management policy where an organisation is dependent on the function and performance of their assets.
Business focused maintenance forms a core outcome of our work in this field, where we are able to define targeted, deliverable solutions that provide the client with real visibility of the value delivered.
Using technology as an enabler, we work clients and their supply chain to design and implement business focused maintenance regimes. Often underpinned by data that they just haven’t known how to access or interpret, we use evidence and industry standards to provide a functional breakdown of an estate and a highly targeted maintenance strategy.
Our work is ongoing as the data picture changes. We are able to tweak and amend that strategy to keep it aligned to business need and be lean enough to take advantage of cost saving opportunities. Similarly, we are able to identify intervention points that make best use of scarce resources.
