REAMS was tasked with implementing a bar coding regime and delivering a cost plan, identifying remedial works to bring the estate up to standard, and also future works covering the duration of the contract.
REAMS worked with technical services and information systems team members to develop the specification and brief with a defined set of outputs, that would meet the project objectives. The project involved the surveying and assessment of over 650,000m2 including key locations such as aircraft maintenance, BA.com data centres and pilot training areas.
Individual site reports were produced utilising our in-house data collection and reporting system. Asset data, PPM regimes and labour allocation were loaded into the client’s CONCEPT system, allocating work orders and reporting principles.
